Description

Event Description: Explore: The Why, How, and What
Leadership teams will survey individual and collective core beliefs that will guide their work and review the historical perspectives of NeMTSS. Teams will recognize MTSS as a framework for continuous improvement and explore the NeMTSS Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP) template. There will also be
an opportunity to analyze Implementation Science and its impact on effectively building a MTSS framework. Each team will adopt a problem solving model, acknowledge its use at all levels, and practice using it. Finally, teams will engage in an opportunity to reflect on their current reality when it comes to teaming for problem solving to analyze data for decision-making.
