Based on the book The Best of the Marshall Memo Book One: Ideas and Action Steps to Energize Leadership, Teaching , and Learning
Co-Author Jenn David-Lang will facilitate this training utilizing the book as a resource and a Problem of Practice to make immediate us of the ideas
This workshop will be the second in a series to develop and support leadership skills in the ESU13 area. Our hope is to increase the collegiality and professional discussions across districts in the panhandle. Each workshop will be a stand alone. Registration for the entire series not required.

Chapter 6 Critical Feedback and Difficult Converations
Workshops 3 Dates, Topics and Chapters   to be suggested by the participants of Workshop 2 if needed
