Scottsbluff Mayor Randy Meininger will be leading us in a game of Yan-Koloba. This is a team building tool that reaches across all cultural boundaries. YanKoloba will engage each player in an exercise that teaches character traits such as respect, trust, responsibility, tolerance, unity and acceptance, all in a fun and relaxed environment. Our goal with this activity will be to raise self esteem, enhanced leadership skills and show a more pronounced appreciation for teamwork.
