DescriptionDescription:
When children act out in the classroom, it changes the tone of the environment.  Most times we blame the child.  Imagine what would happen if we looked within, at OUR responses to the child’s behavior.  Participants will engage in promising practices that have been shown to reduce personal bias and examine stressful situations that are most likely to be influenced by implicit bias.
