DescriptionDo you remember the movie, Sister Act? In this movie, Whoopie demonstrates 10 high quality, research-based strategies that helped the choir be successful. The strategies she used are also part of a program called Teach for Success, a professional development program that brings research-based teaching practices together into a useable framework so administrators, instructional coaches, and teachers can have a common language to objectively discuss, plan, and examine intentional classroom instruction. In this highly interactive session we will view clips from Sister Act to discuss the elements of high quality classroom instruction and the Teach for Success program.
