To help you get the most out of your library management system, we are hosting a focused, two-hour virtual training session designed to streamline your tasks and increase student engagement.

What We’ll Cover
This session is tailored to help you master the "hidden gems" within Follett Destiny:
    Automation: Learn how to set up your system to send automatic notifications.
    Advanced Cataloging: Explore tools to keep your collection organized and easy to navigate.
    Student Engagement: Discover how to utilize Destiny Feature tools to increase student engagement.

Note: An email will be sent to registered participants with instructions on how to access the virtual training.

If you are interested in the following feature (it will be discussed during the training) and would like to request the feature to be activated for your district please follow the instructions below:

A district can enable the Additional User Type feature to give a patron's primary and secondary contacts the ability to search titles and view their details in Destiny Discover, as well as view current checkouts and checkout history for the patron they are associated with.

To request the feature, a district-level contact (such as a superintendent, library director, or IT director)needs to submit a written request to techsupport@follettsoftware.com. Follett strongly encourages you to include your Customer Success point of contact on the request so they know you are requesting the feature.
