DescriptionInitial Crisis Prevention Training teaches staff how to recognize early signs of escalating behavior and respond safely and effectively to prevent crises before they occur. It focuses on de-escalation techniques, communication strategies, and safety interventions to protect both the individual in distress and those around them. The goal is to promote a calm, respectful, and safe environment. There is an on-line component that will need to be completed prior to the training in order to attend.
