| Description | | This is a repeat of the January 29th Training.
This hands-on session guides participants through the essential principles of digital accessibility aligned with WCAG 2.1 AA standards. Educators will learn practical strategies to make documents, websites, and media accessible to all users, including those using assistive technologies. The session includes dedicated work time for participants to apply accessibility checks, fix common issues, and update their own materials for compliance. By the end, attendees will leave with ready-to-use accessible resources and a clear workflow for maintaining accessibility moving forward.
9am - 11:30am - Accessibility Training
11:30am - 12:30pm - lunch on your own
12:30 - 2:00pm - This is unstructured time for you to work on your digital content, ask questions and get guidance on using specific platforms to check for accessibility.
