Charlotte Danielson Framework for Teaching with Hay Springs certified
staff.
Year One-
Deep Dive Monthly Training Schedule Student and Teacher Candidate Learning Outcomes: The specific
learning outcomes for teachers are:
Become familiar with the purpose and structure of the Framework for Teaching (FFT).
Build familiarity with the FFT and its uses for classroom observation, teacher reflection, and professional growth.Describe the four domains, twenty two components, and elements of the Framework for Teaching Evaluate and reflect on the component rubrics for Eight Essential Components Model component activities appropriate for immediate use in the classroom with students /colleagues during class.Develop skill in peer observation, teacher reflection, and professional growth..
Describe aninitial plan for use improved practice.
